The trip was terrible and Im going to never use greyhound agsin.
I like riding greyhound was just upset bus was delayed more than 2 hours scheduled time was 8:25 a.m from Atlantic city and bus arrived around 11:20 a.m
The bus was very smelly probable the smell coming out of washroom
we needed to change bus in philly The wait in Baltimore was one hour. So the total trip was from 1:20 pm - 8:05 Way too long.
I am completely satisfied with the driver of my bus. One of the stops I got off the bus to grab a snack inside and forgot what bus I got off. I asked an employee inside if he could help me figure out which bus I stepped off and had my boarding pass in hand. He was rude to me and completely unhelpful. Thankfully someone else helped me.
The bus cool and the bathroom WAS nasty
Driver from Philadelphia to DC sped the entire way. Felt very unsafe.
I'm not sure why there were so many last minutes schedule changes. It seemed the changes weren't conveyed to the staff at the station in a timely fashion either, as they had to be alerted by what the riders were observing. My bus was due to depart at 1pm, the bus did not show until 250pm. I missed my connecting bus and was told I should have had my ticket changed, no one told me that, the bus driver from the next departure was kind enough to let me go as the bus was about to leave. Where I was suppose to reach home at 6pm, I didn't get there until 945pm.
Your bus didn’t show and I want my money back!
The coach bus picked me up from the Atlantic city station I had an one way ticket to Washington dc city with an 15 minute layover in baltimore once in baltimore it's was more then 15 minutes then the bus driver comes on the bus and tells us all passengers going to DC had to get on another bus because he is only going to silver spring. My ticket never stated anywhere that I had to transfer buses after I told the bus driver that he told me he was not going to DC and I had to get off the bus if I wanted to go. Worst customer service ever.
Easy trip. Some delays but overall very good.
Very nice experience
