Greyhound Baltimore Washington recent customer reviews
Trip to Washington was fine. Coming back was a complete JOKE. Coach was set for 8.35pm, delayed till 10pm then 11pm then 12.40am. Eventually asked staff and they moved me onto a sooner coach, I was then told that one was delayed till 1.55am, then moved onto yet another coach which didn’t leave till 12.01am. Staff in the office were helpful but other staff wandering around/taking our tickets and assisting us to our lines were rude and unhelpful. Absolute joke. Never using greyhound buses again after this. I’m travelling alone and won’t be getting back into Baltimore alone at way past 1am when I was originally meant to be back at 9.30pm. I understand things go wrong and traffic can’t be predicted but there Should hsve been more done to get me back earlier and even if that wasn’t possible the staff being rude was just an extra inconvenience I didn’t need.

Didn’t know what to expect or be expected of as we rode the Amtrak for the first time and exiting was confusing and rushed. As only certain doors open to exit
