Bus Tickets from New York Penn Station to Washington

The staff is very professional and nice, but the air conditioning is too cold for a European 8)

This was way too dissatisfied with the trip, the bus was supposed to dropped me off at Union Station DC, it stopped at Baltimore, they kept giving assurance that they will pick me up to my final destination, I waited for four hours in vain, I had to hire a taxi after one of the staff told me, there is a delay for over 5 hours and she cannot guarantee even if I wait for that over 5 hours.
