Loading on 31st very confusing. Several buses boarding at same time. No way to know which one is yours.

The trip took 25 minutes longer than expected due to traffic. No break to stretch ones legs. Wifi did not work and drivers says free seating which created confusion when some passengers later claimed their reserved seat..

The driver had personality, but he yelled a bit, difficult to understand. Another driver yelled at me. They weren’t parked where they said they’d be.
The driver was awful he constantly talked on the phone in a very loud voice in a foreign language he was rude to the customers and left two women stranded in Baltimore. Despite us telling him they were inside the shop while he was still in the car park. He yelled at passengers all the time and was constantly spitting out his window very liudly it was dishusting

Wi-Fi did not work, no water as advertised, and we were late because the bus was involved in a little accident. The bus was roomy.

Got to Washington Union terminal an hour Late. Upset my plans big time. I got stranded along with my family before figuring out the right course of action for myself and then. Missed out on an important dinner appointment and a pickup arrangement. All plans for the evening got screwed up.Nobody ever informed me about the potential delay nor did they ever apologize about it. Ridiculous. My first ever travel with greyhound. I was let down in their reputation of what I had in my mind.

Didn't enjoy the late when traveling with a baby. Part of that everything was fine
Unclear if we had to check in our luggage so we decided to go early. At the station they said it wasn’t necesary. We could wait in the special area of Amtrak, which was nice. Disappointed that we couldn’t sit next to each other (4) people because suddenly all people were hurrying into the train. Journey was fine, coffee was bad.
