As a disabled passenger who used plana's service for the 1st time I can only say that I was really satisfied with the way the driver was dealing with checking me in and my 8 years old son especially that I missed my actual coach at 17.40 due to a flight delay and I was worried that i wont be admitted in the next one but the i have been given a top service from the driver. The only thing that I can complain about is that I couldn't find any socket to charge my phone but overall I'm satisfied with the service .

Can't say it was much good tbh. 2 hour journey with no toilet facilities on board. Driver didn't know where our hotel was so had to get dropped off at another hotel and then get a taxi to our hotel. No clear instructions from the driver where we actually were at any one point. Thank god I had purchased additional data for my phone to look on Google maps. Pretty disappointing. Also signs at airport unclear.
