I loved the trip to Villa De Leyva BUT the return trip I would rate “very unsafe” due to the driver’s speeding! Horrible! Our luggage fell from one of the turns he took at high speed. He had to abruptly stop due to the bumps every time! I would never take that route again. Extremely unsafe!

Very courteous and helpful staff at check in. I felt my luggage was safe. The driver was great - there were lots of bad roads and potholes he had to deal with. The only minor thing to mention is that the USB charging points weren't switched on until near the destination.

Took very long for the bus to arrive there smh. Way back was way quicker. Also, our chairs didn’t have foot-stands. Toilet was super dirty as well.
Staff were generally disinterested and unhelpful. Driver kept taking 'shortcuts' to avoid traffic which just made things worse (delays). Wifi was 'offered' and even posted in their lounge, but was not actually functioning. But the basics - van was clean & well maintained and the driver was safe and helpful.
