Bus Tickets from Cartagena to Santa Marta

Terrible - bus was meant to be 4.5 hrs but instead was 6.5hrs. Bus was really dirty, driver was rude. My boyfriend told he couldn’t get off the bus to go to the toilet as it was dangerous but everyone else was getting off. Do not take this bus company anywhere!

We had to swap buses during the journey which we didn’t know and the journey took almost 2 hours longer than it was supposed to. The first bus we were on was super comfy & had lots of leg room which was great.

The seats were very comfortable. The air conditioner was too strong and we were freezing.

It was comfortable. The bus ride was very delayed, almost 3 hours. But the trip itself was very comfortable.

Bus didn’t run due to protests somewhere along the line that the bus goes and road closed - not really their fault though. Had to get a different bus with another company instead and lose my money.

Well trip scheduled for 4 hours and more than 2 hours late. Also the driver used often his cellphone which is dangerous, many customers in board

Journey was advertised as 4 hours and took 6.5 hours. Stopped at lots of informal bus stops and was being used by farmers to transport 50kg sacks of vegetables. Couldn't even reach the bathroom at the back of the bus without having to ask farmers to move their vegetables out of the bathroom. Tried to sleep, but the driver was playing their music so loud, we couldn't. Use Marsol or Berlinas instead for the Cartagena to Santa Marta journey.

I bought a bus ticket today via your app for a copetran bus that was from Cartagena to santa marta. Leaving at 7pm arriving at 11pm. however the bus never intended to stop at the bus terminal where my ticket was addressed to and instead left me on the side of the road this was at 12.42am at night, which was 1 hour and 40 minutes after the expected arrival time. Not only was the bus late but the driver put me in a very vulnerable position as someone who is a tourist from the uk and not local or familiar with the area. Overall booking through your company was an awful and quite frighting experience.

It was freezing cold in the bus and even when we asked to turn down the air condition nothing changed. Also the bus left us at some gas station a few km away from Santa Marta and we didn’t know about it before. We had to take a taxi from there and pay it ourselves.

It was 2 hours late and when it turned up it was ridiculously slow and the busy smelt like Urine!

Trip was meant to take 5 hours, took 11 hours. Bus broke down, left 1 hour later as they wanted to fill the bus.
