Flota Occidental Salento Medellín recent customer reviews
No wifi, no air conditioner, no TV, impossible to charge the phone. We booked the seats to be together but everyone sat randomly.
Very professional service. Our driver was very responsible and reliable. We left at 8:00 in the morning and (understanding that it also depends on the traffic) we came to Medellin in a very decent time.
Our bus broke down about an hour into the trip. We had to wait until another bus came and picked us up and we could transfer over. The new bus did not have AC or a bathroom. Since we had a lot of traffic and were driving pretty slowly for large chunks of the trips, the lack of AC or breeze made it hard to enjoy. We also had to make an extra stop for the bathroom, which we were told would be 15-20 minutes and ended up being closer to 40.
