Arrived at the bus stop at 3:36. Reservation was for 3:30 and we were told we missed the bus and had to buy another ticket. We did this and then a bus to our destination pulled up. It was the 3:30 bus, but we were not allowed to take it. Then with the cab ride to the resort from the destination it would have been better to just get a van ride. It's all a learning experience.

It was great. The departing location was supposed to be at T2, but they allowed us to board at T3 which was where our flight arrived. So we didn't have to find our way to T2. Much appreciated!
