The bus is good. Departure and arrival are very close to the advertised scheduled time. My only complaint - they do not show which bus is the bus going your way. I've always made it, but must ask many times "is this the bus"

The ride itself was good, the bathroom was dirty and was clogged. The real problem was at the station, I bought a ticket for an earlier bus but it was not a real ticket? But the person at the desk said it was, so i missed that bus. There was no organization to it all. Very confusing.

The bus was very small and the driver barely used the AC despite the heat. It was too hot outside plus with wearing a mask to not use AC or have open windows. I felt so ill. It also would be nice to know in advance that public restrooms on our route require pesos.
