It was very good. The problem I had was there was very little english translation available. For instance the video on the bus seat had only spanish language controls so I was unable to even turn it off and it stayed on all night - the brightness interfered with my sleep!
Bus was very comfortable except that it was impossible to avoid the sound from the films some of which were very interesting. Toilet did not seem to work well. Bus stations were good and staff helpful.
The staff were not helpful at all and I ended up missing my bus and having to wait 3 hours for the next one. I had to pay for another ticket as well which was really unfair considering I had been early to the original bus and had been told the wrong gate over and over.
Bus left and arrived on time, comfy seats with plenty of leg room, had charger ports too which was great. The drivers music was a little bit loud but if he needs that to stay awake, it's definitely for the best
