Very profesional, excellent bus with nice accommodation.
My trip to Oaxaca, out of Mexico City was comfortable, safe and on time!
The buses are very comfortable and spacious. However, for some reason (the driver only spoke Spanish, so I don't know why) the lights were turned on several times during the ride so sleeping was difficult
Happy with the bus service and ended up arriving early in Oaxaca. A major problem I found was the TVs that we’re clearly broken with only a section of the screen working. Despite this the driver played the audio really loud which made it hard to sleep.
A comfortable trip
There was a short stop planned. However, presumably because we were running a bit late, we did not stop for long enough to get out of the bus which would have eased my joints. We then arrived 20 minutes early.
Excellent service, staff and journey..
flat tire and not one break in eight hours...we were stranded on the side of the road in a sketchy area for an hour or so
Great. Perfect timing and very comfortable!
Courteous staff, clean bus, great driver.
Here’s the problem. I was actually traveling from Xalapa to Oaxaca. Could not get any real help sorting that out online. The only direct busses are overnight. For some reason, I could book a México City to Oaxaca bus, but not one between Mexico City and Xalapa. I did that at the bus station ahead of travel. But a friend in Xalapa showed me that it’s about 3 hours quicker to change busses in Puebla and not go into Mexico City. It took us half an hour with a very helpful ADO agent to get that sorted and changed. I seriously needed some up front help that was not available from your site.
Safe. Friendly bus driver.
Very comfy and very good journey however no stop which would have made things that little bit better. Overall 8/10 (my gf says 7/10)
Everything was great and the bus was aaaamazing
Very comfortable ride and helpful staff.
Servicio was great
My seat belt was blocked, I could not use it. But the worst thing was that there were no individual screens, as it seems to be the norm in ADO’s trips longer than two hours. No individual earplugs either. So I had to stand films I didn’t choose to see, with a very high volume. I asked the driver to lower the volume, which he did, just a little.
Impressed with this bus. Very comfortable plush seats, plenty of leg room and space to keep carry on bag close by, AC not too cold (as I have read elsewhere). Bus left on time and the process of luggage check in was easy for a traveller who speaks no Spanish. Hold onto your luggage ticket to collect it at the end. Bus arrived 20 mins late but otherwise was a very easy ride.
Everything was good
It was way too much cold in the bus. And the radio sound was too loud.
A 6 hour bus with no toilet and no scheduled toilet stops
Fairly comfortable for such a long journey. Could use a food and toilet stop at place that has more offerings, like hot tea and coffee.
Very comfortable journey. Only feedback was that it seems a bit silly in this day and age that films get played over the bus speakers when everyone has smart phones and therefore the ability to watch their own content . It's not 1995
Top notch bus. Very comfy.
