Absolutely terrible experience. Bus departed an hour late. Arrived at the first destination late. Bus driver did not respect anyone's time. Dissapeared for 25 minutes in columbus at the greyhound station, to eat, I believe. I did not get back to Cleveland until 11:30, and the arrival time was supposed to be 10:05. Next to my seat, excessive heat was being blown out, to the fact in which I was dropping sweat. Bus sounded very unsafe.

Miserable experience. Bus smelled like a porta-potty. Driver was irritable and rude.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the Cleveland bus station.

It’s 9:30 and we are stuck in Columbus with no information

My experience with Barons Bus was very disappointing. I had a 30 minute layover in Columbus, however my bus was 26 minutes late and my connecting bus left 5 minutes before the departure time. This caused me and 7 or 8 other people on my bus to miss our connecting bus. We were then told we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the next bus, which was and even LONGER bus ride. The staff was very rude and did not make the situation any better. I will not be using these bus lines again not recommending them to anyone.

The bus was pretty comfortable but the staff wasn’t particularly very nice. The bus also showed up an hour late. Prob one of my worst expirences with greyhound so far.

I traveled from Cincinnati to Akron?!? I got a ticket from Cincinnati to Cleveland. I'm guessing I should have changed buses at Columbus. I got a ride from Akron so it worked out. Figure I could have used some help changing buses. The bus was great, and the bus driver was professional and courteous. I would travel with Baron's again.

The restroom on the bus was not good.
