I am comfortable knowing that there are cameras on the bus,the waiting period between stops are too long i guess its because not too many people are traveling now, other than that the driver was very kind and helpful, I enjoyed the trip
Gaylene M.
Adirondack Trailway bus drivers are great, careful and smooth. The bus was horribly uncomfortable, though, because the seats are angled wrong and very narrow.
C. Claiborne R.
Timing is perfect, Service and assistance are above and beyond, Drivers are very professional and helpful The only drawback was there was no wi-fi connection on board

The bus station is extremely confusing as far as the process goes. There was no signs or communication where to go
