Purchased a ticket for 8:30am but after making the payment I received confirmation for a different time, I reached out to customer service through email (no phone call option available) and was told that it’s a non refundable ticket and they cannot help it, ticket was for $65.58. I feel like I got cheated. Ended up buying another ticket from the bus stop.
Didn’t like that the bus took off 30 min late but still got to NYC only 10 min later than originally planned arrival time so made up for it with efficient driving
Smooth drive and comfy seats
Although it was running late, it did not affect my schedule. Extremely comfortable seats. I appreciated the bus driver calling attention to a passenger that there is a rule not to be on cell phone when this passenger had been on for quite a while and the entire conversation on her end could be heard..
We turned around just after leaving Albany and then spent 90 minutes trying to kick off a couple passengers for reasons that were unclear and did not seem entirely justified. Ended up arriving significantly later. Very disappointing.
The ride was smooth and pleasant. The bus left and arrived on time. The driver was very courteous and informative. However, my only concern was that although the driver stated that we should "be mindful of other passengers, keep phones on silent, use headphones, refrain from loud conversations", she maintained throughout the entire 4.5 hour ride a very loud conversation with an employee who was riding up front. I heard other passengers also remarking about how loud they were.
The only issue with the journey was not directly the fault of the bus company- we had over two hour delay at the boarder. Otherwise I found the driver to be professional and friendly and informative and the trip was smooth.
There was an altercation between a driver and a passenger, im not sure who started it but it was not cool to witness and communication from the bus service could have been MUCH better in the way it was handled.
The trip was not well organized and took 1.5 hours more than anticipated because we were sitting in Albany for more than 45 minutes waiting for a driver to continue our trip. After waiting the driver was not able to log into the bus trip immediately and this delayed us more. Then we had to 2 more stops that I was not told were part of my trip.
Driver was good. Scheduled on time. Very uncomfortable seats. Not too much space between seats. When the other person seat recline it's worst your space gets smaller.
Very well presented: customer service well above standards, the equipment used (the bus) very clean, the driver very informative, nice ride, very well organized, left on time! Arrived on time. Thanks
The trip is about 8 hours (from Longueuil QC to NYC), which is about 1 hour longer then pre-pandemic trips. The driver stopped at a few mini-markets unneccessarily.
The bus was full but the driver brought his own stuff, including a luggage which occupied two seats in the first row
I loved the seats. The only issue I had was that because of the stops, I kept waking up when the conductor announced them, so for a night bus it is kind of uncomfortable.
The trip was very inconfortable. The seats were tiny and it was difficult to sleep even a bit during this night trip
One person was maiking phone calls out loud.
I wouldnt recommand ans I was cold all thé way through
