Greyhound Chicago Cleveland recent customer reviews
The drivers were really a hit or miss. 2/4 of them I met were incredibly helpful, professional, and warm, and the other two were (understandably) over it. Really the other passengers are the main complaint, and while I understand there's not much that can be done about that, some drivers handled it well and others didn't handle it at all.
Pleasantly surprised how easy, and comfortable, the ride was. Had an extremely polite driver, who drove so smoothly, I could hardly tell we were moving. He was the Best!
The bus station was a hot mess. No direction except for a casual, Cle is at door 13. It was not listed on the screen. The employees wandered in and out of the bus doors seeming to forget which were locked and having to try all the doors. The lines were not clearly marked, the signs in the front indicated boarding one way, and the opposite at the back of the line. No announcements about boarding were made even tho they did try to board by boarding numbers. The staff seemed pretty disorganized. The busses were smaller than either Megabus, Trailways and Windstar. Much less legroom, the cupholders too low to the ground and I was glad the bus was not full or it would have been very tight. Stopping for a meal at a gas station not really a meal stop. Surely there are better stops.
