The driver was utterly unprofessional and impolite to the passengers. The rest stop on the journey was abysmal. There was no food and the washrooms were filthy.
Excellent. Bus was clean, comfortable, left Lisbon on time, arrived ahead of schedule in Madrid. Brought own lunch so could avoid highway food in Spain. Got lucky as there were few people so had plenty of space. Better than flying - both for me and the planet.
The bus was full and the seats were to small, when the passeger infront of me was reclined i almost felt claustrophobic because i can't move my knees a single inch.
Bus was fine. Boarding was slightly chaotic but it worked out. WiFi didn’t really work and none of the charging ports worked. I didn’t use the bathroom, and I can’t understand Portuguese or Spanish so have no idea about what the driver was shouting at everyone. Good enough.
Driver was very rude to everyone. After 1hr picking up passengers from their office and airport, they changed bus and driver. The second driver was more polite but the bus had no internet service
It was very difficult to find the bus, for me and for other passengers, so it would be helpful if some more detailed information was provided to travelers departing from Lisbon.
It was so cold in the bus, we ask the driver to turn off a/con, but it was broken and we couldn it turn it off. Now we both have sick throats and need to take meds. Very disappointed.
