May the toilet be free?
It was too much cold inside.
The driver was utterly unprofessional and impolite to the passengers. The rest stop on the journey was abysmal. There was no food and the washrooms were filthy.

When staying on the way, that restaurant 15 minutes away is not good at all and there is no place to washroom.
The bus left Lisbon and arrived in Madrid on time. Temperature is very ok. Driver is very friendly and accommodating.
The bus itself was good, but the Wifi was a joke. Gipsyy tried to load two (2) buses at the same platform in Lisbon Oriente, which was chaotic - and this after neither Gipsyy bus showed on the bus station's bus transport board.

when we arrived to our connection in Coimbra, they left us on the street and nobody explained anything to us, they closed the doors of the station right on our faces, we had to wait on the street along other passangers. Also the bus was supposed to arrive at 11, and it arrived like 11:30. Now, on the bus, my seat was broken and the screen in front didnt work

All was well once I and others found the bus. A sigh with the blabla name indicating this is where the bus will be leaving from would ease nerves and make for five star reviews.
It was a bit of a mystery where the bus was going to arrive at the station.
I did not travel because of the false information provided on the ticket as the address on the bus station on the ticket was wrong and me and other 2 girls kept waiting for more than 25 mins then after checking and asking we found the bus has already left from a station 15 mins walking away from the address provided on the ticket
