I was unable to communicate because I don’t speak Spanish. Your company should accommodate people that speak different languages. ( I’m a English speaker)
Boarded one bus on time and several passengers including my wife and i were told we were on wrong bus.Apparently a second bus was put on the same route because of the large number of passengers. So we got off and claimed our luggage and went on the second bus. Both busses were about 30 min late because of the confusion. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the entire trip. Enjoyed the ride.
The reservation process was fine but the emails I received from ALSA should have told us that the bus would appear on NO reservation board. Apparently, because it was an EXPORT bus this was normal The ALSA staff in information at the bus station were no help. We were lucky that a baggage employee unrelated to ALSA could speak English and advised us of this most peculiar system of not telling the passengers where the bus was. Also, we were not sat next to each other according to the seat numbers. Fortunately there were spare places and we could. Journey, driver and bus were very good.
