Go Transit User Reviews
Metrolinx receives praise for its comfortable and punctual buses, as well as the accessibility and convenience from the airport. Users appreciate courteous drivers who maintain safe driving speeds. However, some concerns include limited service frequency to Sudbury, cold conditions at Vaughn Go-Transit during winter, and occasional issues with bus odor or malfunctioning switches.
The bus is very comfortable and the driver very helpful !

The Vaughn go-transit building - it is very cold during Winter

The whole experience was a nightmare. There wasn’t enough information at Union Station. I’m 74 years old and I was sent all over the place to try to figure out where to catch the train. I spoke to several GO train reps and information. Everyone sent me to a different place. Once I finally found the correct train I rode it from Toronto to King City where I was supposed to transfer to a bus to take me to Barrie. Station was closed, no one around to help. No idea where to catch the bus. No signs directing me to a bus pick up. Total disaster. I booked an Uber to take me to Barrie. $66 additional. What a horrible time I had.

The driver was very helpful and friendly but the bus was approx 45 min late. The seats are ok but the the upholstery needs updating.

Terrible , bus ever showed up, had to rent a car for 2 hour drive home

I hated the service. I use a walker. And had one bag. I did not realize id have to switch to a gotrain at union station. As a person with disabilities no help was offerred to me! And walking was awful. Then being dropped off in King City with no noticeable signage or info booth ? I waited at a bus stop for 25 minutes pass my pick up time
