A 2 hour journey took 4 hours. The driver was unhelpful (he didn't help load our cases) and uncommunicative about the delays. He will have been fed up as well but he didn't once tell us how long the journey was going to take or offer any assistance to out of town visitors on how they might continue their journeys given the missed connections we all risked.
I liked everything except the personal space was too small and would be nice to have a foldable table to use
The journey was fine but the cleanliness of the bus was not great all left over food stuffed into the seats and food left on the actual seats

I enjoyed the service, very good and smooth ways from Niagara Falls location going to the airport service on 81 bay street connecting to UP Express Service to Pearson Terminal 1 - 3.. so good, keep it up... I just wish there is really a direct bus from Niagara to YYZ airport itself.
The driver was very professional, and the journey was smooth ,only that traffic held us. back
The bus ride was great, very few passengers, a lot of space and clean. Due to the traffic, it is a bit behind the scheduled arrival, but that is really out of the bus driver's control.

I was kept up to date with the schedule and vehicle availability. In the absence f the bus, they sent s Suburban to Niagara to ferry us to Toronto. Shawn, the driver, was courteous, professional and competent as all around
On time. Minibus with 10 seats. Driver not very friendly, he didn’t help people load cases.
I was pleasantly surprised that the driver was already on site waiting for passengers (albeit earlier than the scheduled timing). Upon asking is this the ride, the driver flashed a warm smile and confirmed my trip based on passenger manifest.
