Many more stops than indicated on the bus schedule. Almost an hour longer than anticipated as a result.
Driver was fantastic. The ticket ordering had glitches and did not allow me to select my regular stop to get off of, so I had to inquire on the bus if they were still going there (Ottawa General Hospital). The past few trips have had ordering glitches.
It was pathetic the wifi and the charging point was not working I could not connect to my family and had to wait at the bus station for hours from them to arrive. This happened only when I charged my phone.
Huntsville bus stop very poor for a public service. I waited in the rain September 7 for 1:30 p.m. bus with my suitcases and self getting wet. On edge of town with no amenities. Nearby OPP closed 12 to 1 so no shelter at all. Unacceptable for a senior or anyone!
It was so good. The driver was so friendly. The air conditioning was at the perfect temperature for the whole journey considering it was a really hot day. Other passengers were respectful and it was a very good journey.
I didn't enjoy the bus being over an hour and half late to leave. It put everyone on the bus getting home after midnight! Cost me extra money I didn't have, for a taxi as my ride couldn't come so late.
The ride was fine. Getting on the bus was a trial. No clarity on lineups. The bus I wanted booked up because of the long weekend. I was surprised more buses weren’t put on given same.
The Wi-Fi took a while to get on to but other than that it was decent, very crowded but all right for an hour's bus drive, I didn't like how small the seats are but i am really tall 6ft 6 so life of a tall man i guess :)
It was awesome but my bus was delayed that was annoying as I was hungry and reached at home late. They have to give some money to buy something and overcome the hungr. Overall the trip was great.
The bus was two hours late and there was nowhere to sit, in Gravenhurst, so people sat on the sidewalk. Also, there was very little information about the delay, so we could not go elsewhere and find a place to sit down.
Bus left before the scheduled boarding time. Arrived before the time and the driver refused to let me board and drove away, stranding me at Union Station at midnight.
seats not so comfortable, too many stops which made the trip very long. the 15 minutes stop was almost when we arrive to our destination and would be better to have it in the middle of the trip.
It was extremely late even though the bus was there sitting and ready to load well before the departure. I noticed the driver was having issues with multiple passengers at took very long to board the bus at all stops. Terrible experience and not like any of my previous trips with this company.
We loved the ride and the scenery. Timing was perfect all the time. Driver was very acknowledged. However, should give more information what is allowed and not allowed during the trip, should be written information for passenger once we get on the bus.
We were booked for 2:15 am .it turned out that there was NO DRIVER !!!
We couldn't get another bus until 24 hrs later ! It's such a long story but obviously VERY disappointed and would like compensation for such a nightmare !!!
I did not get on the bus because the bus does not make a pick up at soulders memorial hospital it did before it reached the hospital and I call this morning to finding out the exact pick up spot and I was told close to the emergency entrance at the hospital but it did not I even call and ask if the bus could turned back for us I was told no I even went as far as asking if it could wait for us a Georgian college and was told no also even though I tried of not loosing my money but also loose out an my business
It had a great drivers and great seats with semi decent wifi but way way to many stops along the way both times I’ve used this service we were over an hours late arriving not due to traffic or weather. So when your already on the bus 6-7 hours that extra hour is brutal!
The driver was amazing! She helped folks with small children and was very caring with all passengers. There was pouring rain, thunder and lighting and I felt very safe.
