Bus Tickets from Niagara Falls Station to Toronto

Bus Driver/Operator was very polite and helpful. On time departure and arrival too in Toronto. Smooth ride overall.

The lady at the bus terminal in Niagara was not helpful at all and could have had a more approachable attitude. The driver of the bus was pleasant but his driving was a bit erratic at times. He was veering between lanes on occasions, had to break harshly once because he came up quickly on a slower moving vehicle ahead and didn't make me feel 100 percent safe

Great price for our round trip from Niagara Falls to Toronto. Smooth ride and comfortable seats. Encountered traffic in Toronto which was expected.

It was great. The only issue was that the seatbelt was a little tight. It made my ribs sore after I fell asleep.

I didn’t like the fact that my bus came an hour late and made me miss my flight.

Was not able to give 0 ratings. The washroom was smelling so bad. The smell traveled across the entire bus.

Driver was nice. Comfortable ride and on time. But confusing where we’re going to get the bus, no sign at all it’s just Flix bus sign. Stressful and confusing.

The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of signage. We had a hard time figuring out if we were at the right place to catch the bus.

The train ticket I was sold was for a train that didn't exist. I arrived at the station ten minutes before it left and all the signs said no more trains for the evening. I had to take a $150 Uber back.

Delayed departure even though the train was already at the station 45 minutes before the departure time

First of all the train appearance is not what i have expected. It looks very old and too dirty inside the cabin.

The waiting and boarding process must improve. It is not clear how boarding will be done and those who arrive earlier do not have any advantage over those who arrive just at boarding time. Also, there is no Wi-Fi service in Canada.
