Bus from Kitchener, ON to Toronto: Tickets & Schedules

The bus never showed up. I was standing exactly where the map told me to (from my ticket). It was freezing out there. After having waited for over 30 minutes, I had to get my husband to drive me to the airport which messed up his day.

My backpack was stolen. I was directed by the driver to put my bags in the undercarriage of the bus and whe I got to my destination my backpack was gone

It would be great to have signage of where the bus stop is. Otherwise the driver was polite and helpful. An uneventful trip which is great.

No bus showed up. There was no instruction where to wait. And no one knew about this bus. No number to call. When finally I got on another bus, I received a call from someone probably 15 minutes after the scheduled time saying that they were waiting for me. A total bad experience in terms of communications and expectations.

Customer service assistance on where to get bus and call back to provide update. Driver was very courteous.

My bus was late and I had to uber to airport and I called to complain and no one has returned my call to this day!

Thursday January 15 as I arrived at sports world Kitchener I received an alert that my 8:35am bus to Pearson would be delayed 60-70mins due to weather. I waited the 70mins then called help line and was told bus still in London and would be at least another 2 hours late. As I had a 1:30pm flight to catch I had to quickly arrange another ride. 2 1/2 hrs late Onex called to tell me bus was waiting at Kitchener stop!I was already at Pearson! I feel Onex should reimburse my fare for the added costs I incurred. I a 70+ woman would have been standing alone in an unheated shelter in minus temps for well over 2hrs!! - not the 60-70mins they quoted. Very disappointed and totally unacceptable treatment

The bus driver igore was extremely rude. He was over an hour and 20 minutes late. And yelled at me when I asked him why the bus was delayed. He also tried to take my bags off the bus because he didn't want to take me because I asked why the bus was late. Then the bus broke down in the middle of the highway and we had to wait for another bus. What was suppousd to be a 1.5 hour bus ride turned into 5 hours.

Was the trip cancelled by the service provider? I waited at the pickup spot indicated on the ticket and I did not see the bus/shuttle. As a result I had to take an Uber to Toronto.

The actual drive was smooth and pleasant and the driver was a helpful person. The bus was clean. What I didn’t like was that the bus was late and there wasn’t communication until several minutes after the bus should have been at the stop. That’s when they sent an email. Before that I had to google to find their customer service number, which was not given on the e ticket. Customer service was helpful in providing an update. But before she confirmed that the bus was late, Inwas nervous that something had gone wrong and the bus wasn’t going to show up. It was dark and cold and I am visiting. The instructions on the e ticket for the pick up spot were unclear and I and the other person waiting (unrelated to me) had to walk to another side of the road when the bus pulled up in a different spot (supposed to be outside Ye’s restaurant in Kitchener Sportsworld stop). I think Rider express should send text updates a bit ahead of time if the bus will be late and also give a map so people know the exact pickup spot and don’t have to guess.
