The bus was neat and it was a smooth drive. The USB port was working, so I could charge my electronic devices. However the driver told us the toilet was not in use. I found this discomforting because it means that apart from d stop we made, one couldn't use the convenience.
Everything was wrong...the bus did'nt artive at 8:15 and after 1 hour and a half waiting they told us that we could take the 9:45 bus, but we did'nt had priority and they told us that we have to wait until the rest of pasaanger is seated and ofcourse i staid the hall trip on the last chairs were are the toilets
Bus left Manchester and arrived to London on time which was great.
Bus is modern, nice inside but there is not enough leg space which made the 4 hour journey uncomfortable.
It was the worst journey as the driver got lost and as a foreigner I had my google map on and told him he is driving the wrong way but he scolded me. After nearly half hour another passenger who is from Birmingham had to guide him back towards the coach station.
I miss my connection due to this and was put on another coach that leaves at 2:45 that was supposed to arrive London at 5:20pm but he too got lost and only arrived at the Victoria Coach station at almost 6:30pm. My onwards journey was messed up and I now hv to spend an extra £70 fpr an unnecessary acconodation and will waste another day tomorrow travelling to meet my friends.
I purchased two tickets thru online. Each tickets were showing each passenger’s name. Staff told us that both tickets has one bar code and they had to call. Because of this clearification we have to wait till all passenger seat it. Also bus did not have ticket scanner and staff said scanner doesn’t have charger. Staff was checkinn passengers with paper/manually. So finally office told them it was two tickets, so we were able to sit in the bus. Another issue was toilet was broken, so many passengers wanted to use toilet. Unfortunately, bus had to stop earlier than scheduled stop, so passengers could use washroom. After all those problems we are reached to our distinction. Thankfully staff drove good, so reached one time. I think all buses schould be checked before time making sure everything working.
Thank you.
Service was good. Driver was concern about passangers safety all the time and we felt appreciated. Couple of things though, the toilet was clogged and the bus floor was not clean. Not that i need to go to toilet but it would be useful to get it fixed before taking passangers. Overall it was comfortable ride.
