Bus London to Cardiff: Trip Overview
Compare bus companies
According to multiple reviews, customers are very impressed with the punctuality and courteousness of the drivers. They also appreciate the smooth drive. However, some reviewers have mentioned an unpleasant odor upon entering the bus, although it was not a food odor. Additionally, there is a suggestion that Victoria should be less central as it adds extra travel time for passengers. Overall, many customers find this service to be good value for money and would recommend National Express to others.
National Express London Cardiff recent customer reviews
I along with one of my friend showed the ticket to the bus driver but the bus was wrong bus but he didnt say anything . We were going to cardiff but we was placed in a return bus to London. I missed my class and had to buy a new ticket to Cardiff. And I was in a hurry to catch the next days class so I didnt complain to anyone. I am a new student here but It was completely the drivers fault. If he checked the ticket clearly it would never happen.
I liked the fact that it was not a very service and that there are fewer stops than on the train.
Victoria needs to be less central as much journey time is spent getting to and from it
According to multiple reviews, the overall trip was good. However, there were complaints about rubbish inside the bus that wasn't cleaned from the previous trip and a lack of free WiFi. Additionally, some customers had extremely negative experiences with significant delays and being left in cold weather for an extended period of time without any information or assistance. On a positive note, staff members were attentive but there were issues with inadequate air conditioning during a heatwave. The departure and arrival times were on schedule and driving was safe, although WiFi was not available.
Megabus London Cardiff recent customer reviews
The driver was very kind and helped me buy the ticket online because I am not very big friend with tehnilogy.
Everything else I was happy about except that the Wi-Fi had no internet connection
Departure and arrival in time. Safe driving. No WiFi, not a big deal but anyway ...
