The bus was very cold, any human will know yesterday was a frozen day, the heating was not turn on. I was cold from London to Bristol 3hours plus, and I have a cough right now.not a good experience
We had a coach delayed, and they had to get us to another coach while it was raining. We had to take another bus heading to university of West of england which was not part of the payment. So it's unsatisfied
My bus didn’t turn up after waiting for nearly 2hrs we were told it had already come which is impossible because we asked every coach driver where there bus was going in case we missed it
overall satisfied with the service, it set off at 12.07, not a big issue as the driver had to check all the pessengers tickets. comfortable seats and lot of leg room.
I became unwell during the trip and if it wasn't for the lovely young lady sitting next me I'm not sure what might have happened to me.
This wasn't to do with the journey but my diabetes and wearing a mask for such a long time.
It was difficult to feel satisfied with the safety measures put in place as it felt there were none. The bus was overbooked. The driver did not enforce face coverings, was (though trying to do his job) rude to other passengers and unsympathetic about the cramped and not covid safe conditions.
On a hot day the bus air conditioning was not working. The driver was accomodating and offered solutions including organising a change of bus.
As passengers we decided we just wanted to get to our destination.
It was good in some respects but I wanted to extend the journey to Weston Super Mare but to do this it would have cost an extra £22 (for an 18 mile journey) so I chose to take the train which cost around £6 so because of the mad way National express operates it lost out on my money and probably had empty seats! Not good business sense!
