The driver was driving erratically speeding down highways and what not. Also I have a complaint about the bus the bus was supposed to have chargers yet mine did not have one. Why do I pay for a service I do not receive?
This particular driver requires much more training. She got lost and relied on passengers to direct her where to go. When we crossed the border, she was supposed to make it to Knight Street, instead, she took a wrong turn and ended up on Oak Street which is farther west than Knight and because she's not from Vancouver, she had no idea how to get to the destination.
The bus tracking system was not working at all. When I called customer service they couldn't answere any of my questions, and even hung up the phone on me. The bus wasn't very clean.
When a bus bound to Vancouver arrived at 2pm, the bus driver told me that he could bring us to Vancouver from Bellingham. That driver was actually very nice.
Drivers wait an extra 5-10min in case anyone is a bit late, gives out pens to fill in forms, and makes sure that travellers arrive to their destination on time. The price is very affordable and they even have wifi & movies in the bus too! Will definitely use BoltBus again! 5/5 fr fr
Had 50/50 luck with BoltBus. First trip I took was fine, last trip was a disaster. Bus didn't show for 30 mins then I got told from other passengers that it was 2hrs delayed. Had to make other very last minute travel plans. Extremely frustrating.
