For something that was very straight forward, nothing to say! Driver was professional and friendly and prompt.
Overall experience was good. But there should be water provided because it was early morning bus and everything was closed and i was thursty enough.

Bus was comfortable and driver was nice, however arrived 40 minutes later than scheduled arrival time.
The driver was nice. We didn’t enjoy having a passenger that was picked up along the way asked to sit in one of our spots when there were plenty of empty seats. We had our child sit on our laps despite we paid for a 3rd seat
Well I wish I had something good to say, but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and left me pretty much stranded. I had to end my cruise a day earlier and take a ferry from Victoria BC which we had to cancel our plans there and leave first thing in the morning. So needless to say I think they absolutely suck. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them.
According to customer reviews, Greyhound has received positive feedback for its clean and comfortable buses, friendly drivers, and punctuality. However, there have been complaints about buses not showing up without any notification or cancellation information provided. This has resulted in wasted time for customers who waited for hours. Despite these issues mentioned in multiple reviews, overall experiences with Greyhound have been good."

Worst customer service ever. Didn't let us to to find the directions and couldn't wait for one minute. We called and chats but at end nothing happened.
Very poor wifi Terminal building closed when we arrived at seattle. Everyone had to wait outside in shivering cold weather.
Criminal, irresponsible, simply garbage. I should file for bankruptcy. Does Canada have no justice to punish these criminals?
