It was a good ride, just little late by 10 min is ok. But my internet did not work on both the bus. May be an issue with my phone but no support for that. Also, if some writing instrument could also be handy, just a suggestion.
Only problem was the wifi wasn't great.
Driver from Vancouver was awesome and super enthusiastic and the driver to Vancouver was very thoughtful to wait for me as I was holding the bus up at the border.
Overall me trip was good . But maybe a few things that can be done in order to have better service like the internet is not working sometimes and some of the chairs need abit of meintenaments .other than that the trip was good.
The bus was good with one big exception...it smelled like a public toilet, please consider using less artificial chemical air fresheners in the bathroom, we could smell it when standing on the parking lot it was so strong, I sat way up front and the smell was over powering the whole trip. so strong I could taste it.
Absolute garbage.\u000AI pre-purchased my ticket, arrived at the station 10 mins before departure only to find the bus pulling out. I stopped it, pointed out that it was leaving early and I already had a ticket. The driver effectively told me that bolt bus gave my seat away, tough luck, but they'll be taking my money. Trash service. I'll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid it.
