We went to London as a day trip & we were very happy with everything. It is what it says.Bus was clean,at time & bus driver was very nice.
The bus was a good experience but having to get off at 4am for half an hour is a bit painful.
It was a good journey. Just bring a pillow and snacks for a long journey
Excellent service and very clean and comfortable fleets
The bus driver did not have the details of my booking when I boarded the bus. Driver very pleasant.
Charging ports limited in busbud
Overall my trip would have been 5 out of 5 however the toilet was absolutely disgusting and unusable. In fact its contents were spilling out on the floor. Honestly it was pure vile. From leaving the ferry port at around 1am we had only one stop where there was time to use "motorway services" bathroom. Even when driver was asked could he make a bathroom stop he said there was not enough time as we were already running late. He then pointed out to where the bathroom was on board the coach so I can only assume that he was totally unaware of how disgusting bathroom actually was.
