We tried to ask the driver multiple times if they could turn the air conditioner down so it wasn’t so cold. People had multiple jackets on because the air was SOOO cold. Please instruct drivers to listen to passengers when they say that it is freezing in the bus.
We had the best driver ever - so friendly,nice and funny. I could see that he was really enjoying this work and the contract with people :)
The bus never came so passengers were transferred to stagecoach bus. On reaching halfway the passengers were asked to change bus into megabus The first experience was not good
