Bus didn’t make Chicago connection (insufficient margin for error left to account for peak-hour traffic) resulting in two and a half hour layover. This became four when a problem was discovered with the wheelchair hoist before boarding the next bus to Milwaukee. We were told a new bus would arrive within 15 minutes. It didn’t. Mechanical repairs ensued, and Greyhound stopped communicating with the passenger fleet. Repairs were unsuccessful and another bus was ordered (again). Finally left terminal 90 minutes after scheduled departure. Barely an apology from driver and nothing from Greyhound from the terminal.

My last trip was horrible. On the way the driver veered into right lane , was notified by semi drive she was entering his lane. Upon arrival to Chicago the station was in deplorable condition, bathrooms nasty, no toilet paper, no paper towels, then no driver for most of the buses. Some people had been at station since 9pm the night before. Thank goodness I only had a 2 and a half hour wait. And the computer system was down so tickets could not be adjusted or reissued. This was an awful experience.
