the driver stopped 2 times during the trip 1x: to 'verbally mistreat' some passengers for the use of the mask with blackmail to leave them in the middle of the way
2x: for the police to come in and 'verbally mistreat' some of the passengers who couldn't even speak Portuguese.
The driver did a good job. In addition, I bought tickets for the return trip, and your sales clerk was polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that there is a charge to use the washroom in the dus stations. That's annoying, to say the least.
I bought the ticket back for 18:15 but then i wish to take the earlier bus at 16:00. The staff easy helped me and change my ticket for the earlier bus.
Efficient and professional.
Clean and punctual.
One negative- the air conditioning on the return from evora to Lisbon on bus 84 was very chilly.
Overall a good experience
It was a bit confusing at the bus terminal because our bus track was not posted until 11:55 and it was to leave at 12:00. Also, no one was there to ask but the other bus drivers were helpful.
It was a comfortable and enjoyable drive to Evora. The bus left on time and arrived on time - perfect 😀
My only suggestion is signage to the bus station. Once I arrived at Setes Rios/Jardmin Zoologica metro stop, I had difficulty in locating the bus station. Signage in both Portuguese and English would be most helpful.
I booked my tickets the night before with no problems. The bus was on time and reached Evora without any delays. The coach was air conditioned and very clean. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, an excellent trip.
