Well for a low cost trip was awesome but bus arrived almost 1 hour late, the gate was never announced in the gates board, there was no way to speak with someone from FlixBus, no stand , no agent and on top of that the sit assignment wasn’t respected , the bus driver was very friendly and willing to help with all our doubts and good sense of humor too
According to customer reviews, the bus service is convenient and provides enough breaks during the journey. However, there have been complaints about poor management of customer expectations, resulting in delays caused by passengers boarding with incorrect tickets or not paying fares. Some customers also mentioned that having a washroom on board would be beneficial when traveling with children.
