I am stuck in Jackson Miss since last night when we got to Jackson Miss. We were told that the we were on was not going to Chicago and the next bus would not be leaving until the next day at one o'clock. And that also changed. This trip that was suppose to take 9 hours is still going on I don't know when I will get to my destination all I know is this is outrageous. No should have to go though this kind of confusion and have pay the kind of money your company charge. I am so disappointed!!

The bus was over 30 minutes late leaving Monroe . The driver in Memphis never showed up. We had to wait until 6am to get a bus which took is ANOTHER 18 hours due to a 3 hour layover in Indianapolis. Getting into Chicago AFTER midnight instead of 9:45am. And why was there a 4 hour layover in Chicago to go from one bus station to another? Did that cost extra? I'll be looking for a refund
