I was sent an email 24 hours before my original trip. When I arrived to get my ticket that I had on my phone I was told that my bus wasn't leaving to my destination but that I could catch a later one to a near by city. This was inconvience to my plans. The man at Greyhound was very helpful and calming.

Greyhound is a great company, but I experienced extreme delays on a bus from Montreal to concord. First the 8:15 bus was delayed to 8:40. Then they boarded people going only to Boston and they left then everyone else got on a separate bus and by the time we left it was 9. I arrived in concord over an hour and a half late.
