Customers had a pleasant ride despite the rain, praising the patient and professional driver. The staff at Nazare, especially Maria from Costa Rica, was helpful. The bus provided clean and comfortable seats with good air ventilation. While the driver was overall good, some passengers felt uncomfortable with his fast driving near Lisbon due to being late but prioritizing safety first. Some mixed feelings were expressed about loud radio during an otherwise fantastic experience.
Took number 16 Bus at 10:45 AM from Nazare to Lisbon today. The back of the bus was terribly cold. The ceiling air conditioning unit blew cold air continuously. My wife asked the driver to turn it down a bit, and he said he did. But in fact the tempreture did not change at all. Then I went to the front and recognized that it was a lot warmer there. Therefore I sat down there. My wife followed me. A huge argument ensued, the driver did not let us stay there, though many seats were empty and there was no more stops before our destination. He was very rude, called me crazy, then when I yelled back at him stopped the bus and refused to go on unless we moved back. We did. And were terribly called all the way through till Lisbon.
