Bus broke down in Richmond and no communication until I required about the waiting time. While bus was transferred to another. The drivers was talking about how she don't go into the bus terminal in New York . She call up and the passages have to come to her bus in the street of GWB. Very unprofessional talking about the passagers. They need to be more mindful of what they are talking about in front of customes

I’ve never smelled such a fowl odor. I’ve taken buses before but this one had the strongest smell of sewage that everyone on the bus was complaining.
I had to keep my face covered just to stomach the smell which wouldn’t even work after a while.
I had to wash all of my clothes/ bags which had the odor on them after riding on the bus.
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.
