The bus was meant to pick me up at 9:50am at Plattsburgh. The bus did not arrive, and I was waiting 6 hours at the bus station for the non existent bus. I had to then book a hotel room for my luggage which was costing money. 12 hours later and I am still waiting on my bus which means I will arrive in New York at 4am. Which again means I will be walking at night in New York City with all my luggage. Not happy with the way greyhound handled my situation
