The driver seemed to be a trainee as there was another person sitting across from her, supervising passengers getting on and off etc. I had an internet credit ticket which I had shown at departure in Porto. When we got to Coimbra & had a bus change, my i-phone was without charge. So I couldn’t show my ticket Porto-Peniche. The trainee driver was very rude saying that was entirely my problem. Not being helpful at all. Fortunately the Supervisor volunteered to accompany me to the ticket office where the officer could confirm my ticket via my name & print out a ticket. What an unpleasant experience for me - coming all the way from Norway. Making a passenger feel like a nuisance, and being so disrespectful. The bus driver is working in service industry, no?

We enjoyed the useful and important information provided on the monitor. This enabled it to be an orderly and pleasant experience. What we didn't enjoy was not being provided with the same information on a monitor for our connecting bus. This is really important especially when there's a short time span between connecting buses.
