Saver tickets are non-refundable, while flexible tickets are fully reimbursed up to one hour before travel time. If you're traveling with them, don't forget to print your boarding pass and show a valid photo ID to board the bus.
Actually really good this time! The bus arrived on-time and got to the airport early. Normally Trailways late arriving, so this was a very pleasant difference. Only complaint would be that the bus had a good amount of people on it, but that isn’t really a problem
The bus did not show at the set time. I did not know what had happened until calling them. They said the bus had filled up in the stop before mine and had headed on to airport. We did not get another bus until nearly 3 hours later, which caused me to nearly miss my flight, and did cause others to miss flights and trains. Totally unforgivable.
The Adirondack Trailways bus ride was very pleasant. The driver was very formal, humorous, and respectful. The ride itself while a bit bumpy at times, was very soothing, there weren't any times where I thought we were going too fast, speeding, or any other dangerous driving habits. Overall, very pleasant, affordable. I do recommend using the Adirondack Trailways to anyone who needs to go far in the north country, who does/cannot drive there.
