Find a Bus from Providence to New York

Bus broke down and we had to get a replacement bus, so we arrived in NYC two hours later than scheduled. Our bus driver handled it well, but the breakdown and delay certainly was a pretty major inconvenience.

The seat is really uncomfortable.

Perfect trip ..

Not enough legroom for such a long ride. The large man in the seat in front put his seat back but the large man behind me had his legs against the back of my seat, preventing me from putting my seat back. It was also very cold most of the ride.

Traffic dictates driving conditions, but your drivers do very well and attentive, even under horrific circumstances

The bus took a side trip to Boston and arrived 2 hours late.

Keep it up, the price is good, the service is good and customer service is Fantastic.

Bus was freezing. I'm 5'4" and had zero leg room. No wifi.

The bathroom smelled awful. I tried to use the electrical outlets to charge my phone, but the covers would not open up enough to allow me to plug in. The driver was excellent, smooth and careful.

Leaving 50 minutes after the scheduled departure time is bad even for Peter Pan. 15-20 I understand but 50 is too much.

It was great! The bus was clean, the driver and staff were courteous and polite, the wifi worked, just all round fantastic!

The Journey was good.

The address of the bus stop was a a little tricky to find but not too difficult.

There wasnt much traffic and it still took an hour and 40 minutes longer than what my ticker said. Driver was very nice though, great guy

30 minutes longer trip to NYC due to traffic, but driver did the best she could and provided a smooth ride.
