We were meant to be on the 8:55am bus to barcelona from salou and when it arrived we tried to get on but they told us it was not our bus i showed them all the tickets and they didn’t scan any of them they just told us to get on the bus. after that we asked the next 3 buses who all said the bus we had asked before was our actual bus. so we arrived an hour late to barcelona where we had something important to do.

I didnt enjoy how there was no one to help us were to wait for the plana bus to barcelona. Bus was jam packed and suitcase got damage by one of the traveller who yanked out there suitcase underneath driver did not even check. We were running around to figure out which area we should stop and wait

When I got on my outward bus it was fine and driver scanned my QR ticket on my phone. On return driver was different and didn't seem to have the same scanner and tried to refuse my wife and I aboard at first and say it wasn't his bus. I clearly showed him on my phone the ticket for his bus company at the correct time on the correct road and then tried to charge me again despite me showing him I'd already paid. Refused to leave bus and eventually driver waved me on. A number passengers were questioned but I'm not sure why. All in all it almost spoiled my trip
