I liked the low prices but the bus was very uncomfortable. It was very loud, the air con was working irregular and the seats were not very spacious.

The coach on the way back from Manchester to Sheffield reaches 30° in temperature, when we ask see the driver to help he was rude. He seemed rude the whole journey. Honestly this makes me consider never using National Express again. Sitting in a 30° vehicle with no air to breath for almost two hours is not how I like to travel.
