Bus Tickets from Belfast to Dublin Airport

The inside wasn't as clean as I would have liked, it was pretty cold, and the wifi was a little inconsistent.

The bus was freezing cold, air condition was on at 2:20 am was - 2 outside, the heat was very low inside the bus. I complained to the bus driver didn't accept my complain. So I didn't like the service.

Experience was great. Bus arrived and left on time, driver was pleasant, ride was clean and comfortable, and bus went straight to the airport which was so convenient.

The bus was a hired in bus, not a regular one. There was no place to plug in phone. The Wi-Fi did not work. I was told my bag was too bug to bring on board. Other people brought on bigger. I forgot to collect my bag Fromm the boot when I got off. And now it cannot be found. I was told it would be dropped off at the airport and could be collected there. It did not arrive. So I was told it would go to Belfast but no news from there. The driver was grumpy, shouted at someone who had missed the bus, and did not monitor the bag retrieval when parked at the stop. He stayed in his seat.
