Wonderful trip!!! It was perfect and lovely staff
Toilet was not very clean
Late arrival, couldn’t access wifi.. the staff on board after changeover were reluctant to assist passenger with disability to go to the toilet - very disappointing.
Bus driver treated passengesr with contempt; he threatened to leave 5 or 6 behind; his behaviour was erratic and aggressive
Improve on the seat comfort..seat was so rigid
Did not like the last stop-walkway over road-only time to go to loo. We had about 3 or 4 other stops. We were on a second bus that national express must use for excess of passengers .Dim lights on the whole time
Enjoyed our bus journey driver was very friendly helpful.
No internet, no air conditionair
No charging Sockets for mobiles
The seat cushions are too small to be comfortable over long periods of time... the seats don’t lean back very far... have to sleep sitting upright
Great value for money, with a comfortable seat. The only issue was the cleanliness of the trays. Both my wife and I had dirty and sticky trays
The service is good, the environment is comfortable, however, the bus delay for the arrival time. It should be improved the time accuracy.
It was an hour late in coming to Edinburgh and made us miss our city tour.
The inside of the bus was very cold. Although we had to warn them a lot of times, the drivers certainly did not care. Even though we were making a night trip, the air conditioners were set too cold. The bus was freezing. It was an uncomfortable journey for me that lasted for 11 hours in the freezing cold.
good but uncomfortable seat
Thank you, that was a very nice trip.
Late 30 minites
The bus was late arriving to the pick up point. It was very cramped and loud
Very good trip. Nice views!
Very good service against the backdrop of extreme weather.
Bus was clean (even the toilet) and as comfortable as a bus could be I guess. Picked up and arrived at the proper times. Staff was strict on policies (i.e.: no alcohol, as one customer found out) but friendly. Only downside my USB charger at my seat was broken.
Despite calling ahead to advise that we were unavoidably held up by the incompetence of British rail staff and that we would arrive at exactly the time the bus was due to leave after travelling for 24 hours with a child National Express refused to assist us. We arrived just as the bus was leaving and they refused to let us board.
The buses at very uncomfortable.
I am very satisfied
Overall trip was nice and smooth although the driver did arrive 45 minutes late.
Couldn't sleep otherwise was very good
No, the service was good
