Ferry late but caught up the time, great effort
I don`t know what are going to do with that situestion? For last trip.
It was ok
The driver was great but it was not his original coach and we had no toilet for the whole trip,no WiFi, no power outlets
Trip was fantastic, driver was very polite, friendly and respectful unlike my previous experience, Only thing missing on the coaches/Buses are USB charger ports and WIFI
Journey was just amazing
We lost our phone in bus and the emergency helpline person was mis-guiding us. She asked us to visit the Eurozone office which was permanently closed from October. Also she lied to us. Nobody helped us as expected and we didn't found our mobile phone. More imp is data and SIM in that phone but we lost everything. On the back of phone there was debit card also we lost.
It was my first trip and am pretty satisfied with the trip. The driver was very polite , friendly and helpful,
I fell so good on the journey. It was a woderful service. Ones again i want to thanks for being on time.
I'm never gonna go with it and won't recommend anyone else !
First time to use this service. Helpful. It seems to me a long way from London to Amsterdam driving alone. Driver was helpful and kind. The toilet did not work for the entire journey Water and snacks available.
I wish Eurolines will have an office .I was told to get there an hour for check in, but there wasn’t any .check in. The check in was done on a bus ,before we use to check in at the office but I don’t know why they’ve stop using the office.
Amazing team. Very funny people with good experience. Highly recommened company.
Great but would pay a little bit more for flat bed on nightbus like they do in Asia
On time comfortable. Just a bit late. Happy overall
Very happy! Realy pleasent, friendly staff, so different from other bus providers. Comfortable spotless coaches that have wifi that actually works. Brilliant.
No wifi, no charger points except for USBs, took a slightly different route to what I was expecting based on ticket information (ferry went to Calais and from there we drove to Rotterdam instead of taking the ferry to Rotterdam). Otherwise I was generally quite pleased though.
Having internet would be better
apart from being late, the rest is almost perfect.
Very disappointed regarding the lateness of the bus
Very good trip.New coach.
Very comfortable seat and driving. Driver information was good.
I hope there should be more instruction about changing a ticket.
Very comfortable journey vey nice driver and very polite.
The staff was really nice. He is helpful that he help all of us to line up the luggage. In addition, even some strange passengers talk to him, he could still use a funny way to answer them.\u000AThe only complaint is some people were so noisy. The journey started from 7:30 , they kept talking until midnight. I could not sleep really well because of this reason.
I am extremely disappointed with the service which meant my trip was ruined by the delays and the lack of information from staff.
Nice driver, clean bus. Would have liked Wifi, but this IS an economy situation.
This is my first time, but I must say that I really enjoyed my Journey
