Very smooth and comfortable service. We even arrived 20mins earlier which am so happy abt. Good Job
We wake up early not miss the bus freezing at the station and the bus was late waiting from 6 to 8 it's not far cause if it's the passengers they won't wait so next time be on time. Rather than that everything was fine toilet clean sanitized was there safety was secure thanks
Confortable and online time
It seemed unnecessary and very disruptive on a night journey to waken all the passengers at 2.30am to tell them there was a 20min rest stop...my journey would have been much better had I and my children been left to sleep...
