WIt was horrible. I woke up 1 hour after the bus left with an extremely hot air conditioner. I felt sick, I was supposed to sleep throughout the trip, during the night, it was impossible. I ended up burning my foot on the air vent.

The bus ride was great, but even with multiple multiple layers the bus was incredibly cold from arequipa to puno. A little heat would have been nice. I saw many passengers struggle.

Well I believe this IS a good company, But of course with last travel I am not happy as we had An accident. I think the company did not react correctly, they should someone to pick Us up faster. We were waiting 4 hours in the midlle of nothing and it was very cold. Nobody did not care if anybody IS Hurt.
