It was fine
This was the best trip that I ever had compared to last year even the driver was very pleasant the seats were relaxed and had more leg room big ups to greyhound keep up the good work I have to travel again in April
it was great
I enjoyed the trip and look forward in utilizing there services in the future.
Made good time, and the bus itself, while not new or luxurious, wasn't unpleasant either. I just cared about getting from point A to point B within 4 hours, and that happened.
The bus arrived promptly at scheduled time. Drive went well, we arrived safely. However, there was a leak from the roof that was falling directly in my bag (which was sitting in the seat) and I didn’t notice until we were almost at Penn station. My things were wet with dirty water- including several electronics. Also the plug didn’t work at my seat which was very disappointing since the ride is advertised as having one. (I sat in the seat directly in front of the restrooms.) Not impressed with the service.
It was a very comfortable and smooth ride down. The driver was excellent, very respectful, pleasant and humorous.
The overall experience was fine. The bus was clean and comfortable
Keep up the good work
I was really impressed by the comfort and schedule management. I also made an inquiry to a few bus companies to and Bolt bus was the only company responded the same day . Over all it was a very pleasant and comfortable journey . The bus driver was very friendly and funny .
Good Bus services
Great staff..and very clean bus
Trip going was good
Terrible service, always late and the terminal is always dirty.
I enjoyed the ride so much
The charging plugs were not working
I missed my Flight at EWR Airport because the bus arrived at Newark 2hr20mins late and I had to spend a lot extra to change my flight schedule which cost me extra 15hrs or more of flight time.
The bus took off late. I was taken to NY instead of NJ, also missed the bus schedule to take me to NJ.
I was leaving Baltimore, MD to go to Newark, NJ. Upon leaving, there was a storm approaching south of MD, but since I was going North, I should have been fine. Well, not exactly. Unfortunately the bus route leaves MD and goes to NY (passing NJ). Since the bus then leaves NY and heads back south to NJ, it was cancelled due to the storm. The solution was for Greyhound to give me 6 dollars to catch the transit. I'm not familiar with transportation of the sort since I'm not from the area so my anxiety levels went through the roof. Several calls later to family who are from the area and 11.00 later, I was able to find another coach bus to take me to New Brunswick NJ where I was able to get picked up. Needless to say, I will be using other means if transportation should I need to come back to the area.
Didnt go in the hospital lost my money no refund or anything
No Wi-Fi on bus although sign said WiFi. Driver a bit rude too
