We booked a bus for 9.45 but it already went at 9.00, so we had to wait till 11.30 for the next one. Which was suppose to arrive in Aipe at 17.15 but we were there at 19.30. So very dissatisfied with the service

I bought a ticket to leave Bogotá 10:20 and arrive in Aipe 14:45. The bus left at 10:00. I arrived after 10 and was shocked to find out the bus was already gone. Then I was put on a bus a 11a.m bus that didnt leave until 11:30. We never land stopped in Aipe. It was very hot in the bus. The air conditioning did hardly anything to cool of the van.
